Lightened up buffalo-style crinkle fries with blue cheese dipping sauce!
Recipe type: Side Dish/Appetizer
Cuisine: American
Serves: 4-6
  • 1 bag Alexia Smart Classics 98% fat free crinkle cut fries, thawed
  • 1½ cups buffalo style hot sauce (I used Franks), divided
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup light blue cheese dressing
  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Place fries in a large bowl. Add 1 cup of hot sauce and toss to coat. Spread fries in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15-25 minutes til fries reach desired doneness (I like mine with a little char, but take them out as soon or as late as you like!). Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over fries. Serve hot with blue cheese dressing.

I love french fries – especially if they are a “skinny” version! These look great! My favorite snack…probably a granola bar ( I know boring!)

My favorite healthy snack is celery with peanut butter and sometimes I put some raisins on top. I also like canned mandarin oranges and cottage cheese too.

This is so yummy looking….I’m really craving fries now, I think I’ll go check out those fat-free crinkle cuts heh heh.
Usually my favorite healthy (ish) snack is a bowl of frozen blueberries that have been microwaved until hot!

These look yummy. They remind me of a sinful mac’n’cheese at a local restaurant: it’s topped with fried chicken that’s been dredged with wing sauce.

  8. Daisy says

I love spicy foods, so the fries are delicious just for snacking or as part of a meal. Really enjoyed this dish.
