Juicy slow cooked beef sandwiches, topped with melty swiss cheese and served with a quick au jus sauce!
I’m addicted to my slow cooker. Or rather I’m addicted to the way of life my slow cooker allows. The kind of life where I spend about 7 seconds doing dinner prep in the morning, forget about it for the rest of the day, and suddenly at 6:04 pm when I’m completely famished, dinner is magically ready. ***poof***
I just love that.
These juicy french dip sandwiches are so drippy delicious I can’t get enough of it. All of that tender slow roasted beef topped with mounds of ooey gooey swiss cheese – it’s enough to make me swoon. Now enough wasting time, go get yourself a roast and some fluffy hoagie rolls, throw all this stuff in the crockpot and get ready for one heck of a yummy dinner tonight!

I so want this today. My slow cooker died on me. How long and what temp to achieve this in a conventional oven please?
Made this for the weekend and it was wonderful, so flavorful! Definitely a keeper, can’t wait to make it again! Thanks so much for the simple and delicious recipe!
Could I use a rump roast you think?
