Oh my gosh…. tech issues. I want to pull out my hair right now because about 8 seconds ago I finished typing this whole post and when I pushed the ‘publish’ button it all disappeared.
poof. gone.
So what I said before was something about how June is over and I’m kind of not okay with that because I feel like I’m already running out of grilling season. NOT OKAY.

These steak kabobs especially got me in a grilling frenzy this past week because the flavor was amazing, plus they were just about the easiest thing to whip up. Hint: marinate these babies as long as you can – you won’t regret tossing the steak the fridge the night before to get all of that extra yummy flavor really soaked into the meat!

Grilled Steakhouse Kabobs
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ½ pounds beef sirloin tips, (or similar grilling steak), cut into 1 ½ inch cubes
- 1 large red onion, sliced into 1 ½ inch pieces
Instructions
- Whisk together worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, dijon mustard, garlic, brown sugar, and pepper. Add to a bag along with beef. Seal and marinate for 20 minutes or up to 14 hours (the longer the better!)
- When ready to prepare, grease and preheat the grill. Skewer the onions and beef and grill over medium heat 8-10 minutes, turning throughout, until just cooked through or desired doneness is achieved. Serve garnished with parsley or cilantro if desired and steak sauce for dipping.

Delicious! This was the perfect marinade for a couple of tritip steaks I needed to use out of the freezer. This reminded me of a marinade my mom used to make and I never got the recipe from her. Thanks!
