15 Minute Candied Cinnamon Pecans – Crunchy candied cinnamon pecans that can be made and ready to eat in just 15 minutes!
Enjoy my Thumbprint Cookies, Peanut Butter Fudge, and Gingerbread Cake as well this holiday season.
I absolutely love those stands at the mall. The ones you can smell from a mile away. Sugary cinnamony hot candied nuts. Every time I’m in the vicinity of that aroma, I can’t focus on anything else until I get my hands on a big paper cone full of those addicted nuts. Almonds, pecans, I don’t care, I simply must have them.
You can bake candied pecans in the oven, and that is a fantastic method. I’ve even seen slow cooker versions (hello convenience!! I love it.) But this method is my favorite, right on the stove top. I am honestly trying to work on my patience, but I have to say, I just can’t wait very long once I get a craving for those mouthwatering cinnamon pecans. This recipe is my go-to when I get a real hankering for them. In 15 minutes they’re done and in my mouth! You can’t beat that. And the holiday season is the perfect time to make these Candied Cinnamon Pecans. Take them to your upcoming holiday party, they’ll be a huge hit!! You may want to double (or even triple!) the recipe though because I promise you’ll be wanting more the instant they’re gone!

I am going to try this quick version. We all loved the ones I did in the oven for an hour. Family wants more now.
How much water did you use to dissolve the sugar?
Hi Kelly! There is no water used in this recipe, just melt the sugar in your pan over medium high heat (be sure to watch really closely so it doesn’t burn!) and when the sugar begins to liquify, add the nuts. keep stirring until all of the sugar is melted and the nuts are well coated with the gooey sugar. Then quickly stir in the vanilla, scrape everything onto a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet or a glass plate, and sprinkle with cinnamon! Chill for 5 minutes then break apart and eat!
I haven’t been to the mall in a really long time, but I sure do know what you’re talking about. I could def smell those fragrant nuts from miles away! This recipe is so simple and I can think of million different variations! I can’t wait to make this and have our house smelling like deliciousness. Thank you for sharing! Gorgeous photos too ๐
I just did this and it worked like a charm. Thank you!
It’s 104 degrees outside today in Arizona, so I don’t like to use the oven and being able to make something like this on the stove top is great. Appreciate your sharing ๐
