Can you believe that Christmas is one week away? Stop it right now. This cannot be happening. It was just Thanksgiving two minutes ago. Whoever is putting this season is fast forward, stop it this instant. I haven’t done half of the things I was planning on doing this month. I have yet to build a snowman, visit downtown Salt Lake City to see the famous Temple Square Christmas lights, and I’ve had only TWO cups of peppermint hot chocolate thus far. This is not acceptable.

One thing that wasn’t originally on my list, but should have been and is going to be for every year in the future, is make Peppermint Crunch Muddy Buddies. Where have these been all my life?? These need to be a holiday tradition! They are so yummy and addicting, I don’t know how I’ll ever live another Christmas (or Valentines Day, or Fourth of July, or Thursday…) without them. And they are so festive! The perfect treat to put out on your side table for guests, or bring to a holiday party! Make these right away you will love them!

This is so good! Great holiday twist to the already addicting muddy buddies. I drizzled chocolate on top of mine for more of a peppermint bark…yum!
