Yum! This does sound pretty good!! Very creative!
I do love zucchini. Could you please tell me, when I go to print out the recipe it prints over the instruction follow in Pinterest, Facebook, Google, Instagram and Twitter. How can I get rid of this so I can read the instructions. Its seems to be on the last part of instructions 2 & 3. Thank you very much as I do love the web page and recipes.
Hi Edna, I’m so sorry that’s frustrating! Does this happen when you click on the “PRINT” button located on the recipe card? When you click on this button (right under the small thumbnail picture of the zucchini) it should bring up a separate page to print from. Is this how you are trying to print the recipe? In the meantime, I’ve emailed you a ready-to-print version!
I had 2 yellow squash & 2 zucchini. It turned out really good, but I forgot the oil. I love baked anything any more .
I want to try this! Does the “ranch seasoning” in the recipe refer to the dry ranch salad dressing mix or is it a special blend sold in the spice aisle at the store (if it is, I’ve never come across this one). Thanks.
Hi Deb! It’s the dry ranch salad dressing mix ๐
Is the oven temp correct? These did not come out as I expected.
Hi Carol- it’s correct. Sorry you were unhappy with your result!
