Caramel Chocolate Chip Oat Bars – These gooey caramel and chocolate bars are almost TOO delicious! They are treat everyone will be raving about!
People, these bars are ridiculous. Ridiculously, insanely, no good for my waistline delicious.
I wish I could say I had some witness to vouch for this but all I’ve got is my constant craving for these long-gone babies. And I did actually share these (for breakfast, shhhh!) with my husband before they disappeared. He says he’ll vouch.
And I quote, “Oh those! They were super delicious.”
Disclaimer: these are also on the messy side. But worth every drippy finger, trust me.

These are my type of bars! Sometimes messy just means better, and totally breakfast food ๐
I really feel like someone messed up the order of our meals. If it were up to me, I’d start with dessert in the morning and have breakfast for dinner. ๐
Hi,
These bars were incredible!
I sent them to work with my husband and they were gone by 10 a.m.
Thanks for the recipe!
Kate
These look too incredible to pass up, but I had a quick question. Does it matter what kind of oats I use (I mean, quick oats, vs. non-quick)?
Thanks,
These are ADDICTING!! Dangerously delicious. I have only tried them with old fashioned oats (not quick) so I’m not sure how they’d come out with quick oats… If you try it out, let me know!
