This creamy green smoothie is packed with healthy natural vitamins and nutrients! Naturally dairy-free and no added sugar! The perfect way to jump-start your day!
I’m gonna level with you, I’m a green smoothie newbie. And the verdict is… BIG FAN. Some green smoothies smell funny or look like they are closer to brown than green – a bit of a turn off for me – but a bright green, super creamy smoothie like this one? Oh yeah. I can do that. P.S. if you know who this smoothie is named after, I shall love you forever. This particular smoothie features a few of my favorite foods everrrrr, including spinach which I will eat on anything, in everything, with everything… you get my drift. Also? Pineapple and mango. Two of my top fav fruits. If you aren’t a fan of coconut, no need to worry, the coconut milk is mostly a creamy-factor and the other flavors overpower it so it’s in the background. If you are a fan of coconut? Well go ahead and throw some coconut extract in there to amp up that glorious flavor! Either way, this smoothie is soooo good and the best kick-start for early mornings!

I’ve always been confused by green smoothies. I understand the whole spinach or kale aspect, but when it comes to adding fruits, most people turn to apples or berries or bananas — none of which are green! I hadn’t seen one with green grapes (one of my favorite fruits!) until your recipe, and it finally feels like the world makes sense. Green veggies, green fruit, one extra green smoothie that I could get behind!
Love healthy & tasty smoothies! I would give one to my daughter who makes sure her family starts their day off right with a healthy smoothie.
Do I use the canned coconut milk?
