Easy One Pan Maple Glazed Pork Chops with the best sauce and you can whip it all up in less than 30 minutes!
I’ve decided that the stress that comes with traveling is like a miniature version of the stress that comes with moving. Even though I’ve always been excited for the end result of moving, I absolutely loathe the process. The packing, the unpacking. The stressing about every little thing and trying to work out in my disorganized brain where everything should be put and how to arrange things in boxes so they’ll fit just right and maximize space.
Pretty much exactly what I feel every time I go out of town and have to pack a suitcase. I feel like I’m playing tetris with my hair dryer and boots.
I get this awful anxiety with packing for trips. Like I’m gonna forget something crucial like a toothbrush or my phone charger. Because those things can never be replaced you know? (read: sarcasm)
On the flip side, a dinner recipe that removes anxiety and stress from my life! One pan maple glazed pork chops. I love love love the sauce on these babies. A little sweet, a little sour, a little garlic-y. And I love the easiness of it most of all. Done in 25 minutes tops and just one pan to clean. No stress!

Delicious recipe! Next time I am going experiment with marinating the pork the night before in the sauce.
Every one in the house enjoyed it thanx for sharing, i added some sweet and smoky spice to it turned out great.
I marinated the pork overnight in a bit if the sauce with some freshly squeezed orange juice and it tenderised the meat so beautifully it was just melt in your mouth. I went for thicker pork medallion steaks and stuck to 4mins each side then added the sauce turned in sauce for two mins then put the lid on and left for another two mins and WOW!! Very impressed dinner guests! I made it with a side of Jamie Oliverโs fennel gratin and veg.
Loved the maple syrup pork chops. I added a bit of mustard, and it was great. Might be even better if you add the glaze earlier. Itโll carmelize.
Very good sauce. Extremely easy to make. I served it with broccoli and buttered noodles drizzled with the remaining sauce.
