Easy One Pan Maple Glazed Pork Chops with the best sauce and you can whip it all up in less than 30 minutes!
I’ve decided that the stress that comes with traveling is like a miniature version of the stress that comes with moving. Even though I’ve always been excited for the end result of moving, I absolutely loathe the process. The packing, the unpacking. The stressing about every little thing and trying to work out in my disorganized brain where everything should be put and how to arrange things in boxes so they’ll fit just right and maximize space.
Pretty much exactly what I feel every time I go out of town and have to pack a suitcase. I feel like I’m playing tetris with my hair dryer and boots.
I get this awful anxiety with packing for trips. Like I’m gonna forget something crucial like a toothbrush or my phone charger. Because those things can never be replaced you know? (read: sarcasm)
On the flip side, a dinner recipe that removes anxiety and stress from my life! One pan maple glazed pork chops. I love love love the sauce on these babies. A little sweet, a little sour, a little garlic-y. And I love the easiness of it most of all. Done in 25 minutes tops and just one pan to clean. No stress!

I just made the glazed skillet pork chops and they were delicious. Very easy.
The sauce consistency came together nicely, but the netchup over powers the sauce. I would leave it out.
The entire family devoured these chops, including the picky 7 and 10 year olds. This recipe is a keeper! The only thing I did differently was flip the chops every minute (mine were very thick cut) and rotated them around the pan; once a chop hit 138-140F I removed it to a plate and covered to keep warm. When all were cooked, I dumped the sauce into the skillet scraping the bottom well, then I returned the chops back to the bubbly hot glaze and spooned it over them. Perfection! Served these with roasted sweet potatoes, a little rice, and some green beans. We all loved the glaze.
