Sesame Peanut Noodles – These healthy peanut noodles have a light and creamy peanut butter sauce and come together in less than 20 minutes!
I really enjoy a good bowl of pasta, as long as it isn’t spaghetti. Oh I do not like spaghetti. The red sauce, ground beef kind of spaghetti. It’s not my thing, never has been. But some linguine coated in a creamy peanut sauce? Ohhhh yeahhhhh.
This recipe is so easy and so quick. 15 minutes quick. Which is always a winning feature in my book. Oh and the fact that these meatless noodles are healthy and you can easily store them in the fridge and take them to work the next day for lunch is just a really nice bonus. I love versatile dishes like this one that can feed the whole family on a busy weeknight or be tucked away and used all week long!

I love the pictures of all your food. I just want to reach into my iPad and taste each dish ๐ I just “tried” to enter your contest for the Blendtec , but since I do not do Facebook, I am not sure if I even got entered. I saw it said I could have 4 more chances to enter, but I never saw the other 4 chances either.
Hi Gretchen! Thanks so much for your sweet comments on my food photos – can’t tell you how much that means to me! There isn’t a way for me to see if you successfully entered until the giveaway is over, but if you entered in your email instead of a Facebook login that works!! ๐
A Blendtec blender would be awesome to get. My mom has one, and I love to use it to make smoothies. Now I just need one in my own house.
